11th Asian Sustainable Campus Network Conference

About the 11th ASCN Conference

The Asian Sustainable Campus Network (ASCN) brings together universities and other higher education institutions across Asia to share knowledge and practices related to campus sustainability and strengthen collaboration. The conference will feature lectures, case-study presentations, and discussions on research, education, campus operations, and engagement with students and local communities in pursuit of sustainable campuses.

All participants are requested to register and pay the participation fee using the form below. Payment by credit card is accepted. Multiple participants may be paid for together by adding accompanying participants to one application.

Those wishing to give a presentation in any of the sessions below are requested to register using the presentation application form.

Accommodation and Visa Applications

Ritsumeikan University's Osaka Ibaraki Campus (OIC) is conveniently located approximately 20-30 minutes by JR train from both Kyoto Station and Osaka Station. Accommodation is available near the campus; however, a wider selection of hotels can be found around Kyoto Station and Osaka Station. Participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements.

Invitation letters required for visa applications will be issued to participants who need them. To request an invitation letter, please contact the 11th ASCN Secretariat at ascn11@gst.ritsumei.ac.jp. Please note that the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee that a visa will be granted.
